About Charles Raus
Charles Raus has creativity in his blood. What began as a career in interior design has now morphed into a painting career that is on the rise. Using mixed media, everything from enamel and acrylic to newspaper and dog hair, Raus sees no limits in the art he is currently creating. After suffering severe injuries in a 1994 car accident, Raus fell into a long period of depression and constant pain. But this art, these colorful works of joy and depth, have brought him out of the darkness. Those who doubt art can save lives have never met Charles Raus. He is living proof.
